With the strong winding force and recoverability of the machine wrap film, the product is tightly and fixedly tied into a unit, making scattered small parts a whole. Even in unfavorable environments, the product has no looseness or separation, and there are no sharp edges or stickiness to avoid damage.
It is particularly important to use machine wrapped film packaging to evenly distribute force on the packaged items, avoiding damage caused by uneven force, which cannot be achieved by traditional packaging methods such as bundling, packing, tape, etc.
Compression fixation: With the help of the retraction force of the machine used wrapping film after stretching, the product is wrapped and packaged to form a compact, space saving unit, tightly wrapping the product trays together, effectively preventing product misalignment and movement during transportation. At the same time, the adjustable stretching force can make hard products tightly adhere and soft products compact, especially in the tobacco and textile industries, which have unique packaging effects.
Machine wrap film is a packaging material used to wrap goods, and its uniqueness lies in its ability to use mechanical stretching devices or manually generate deformation stress. But do you know how the viscosity of the adhesive layer of the wrapping film is controlled?
There are many materials for making machine wrapping film, mainly depending on the application field of the product, so to control the viscosity of the wrapping film well, efforts can be made on the materials.
Temperature can also affect the viscosity of machine wrap film. Generally, we place the product in an environment of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. If the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius, the viscosity will increase; If it is below fifteen degrees, the viscosity will deteriorate again. Due to the presence of polyethylene in the wrapping film, we can adjust the amount of polyethylene in the adhesive layer to achieve the desired viscosity.
Due to the narrow molecular weight distribution and processing range of machine wound film, it is usually only necessary to add 5% polyethylene to achieve the effect of reducing melt viscosity, thereby improving the flatness of machine wound film and increasing the flatness of the film.
